Accepting the Terms of Use will grant you use of the Exchange Market and Item Mall for non-commercial purposes. You are not allowed to use the Exchange Market and Item mall for any other reason.
2. LICENSE LIMITATIONS CONTINUED.
You must adhere to the license, issued in Section 1, and its requirements in Sections 1 and 2 ("License Limitations"). Any violation will be considered an Agreement breach and copyright violation of PLAYWITH Interactive. To abide by the Exchange Market and Item Mall Terms of Use, you agree from doing the following:
- a. use cheats, hacks, bots, mods or any third party software designed to modify the exchange market or the Item Mall;
- b. exploit the Exchange Market or Item Mall in any capacity for commercial purposes including without limitation: (a) use of the Exchange Market at a PC gaming LAN center, cyber café, or any place of business without the permission of PLAYWITH Interactive (b) partake in any commercial advertisement or solicitation; (c) sell in-game resources (i.e. crone or virtual currency) or perform in-game services for profit without PLAYWITH Interactive’s permission;
- c. edit any files and coding of the Exchange Market or Item mall without the permission of PLAYWITH Interactive;
- d. partake in any authorized connection to the Exchange Market or Item Mall including without limitation: a) any unauthorized server connection that replicates the Exchange Market; or (b) any connection using programs or tools not expressly approved by PLAYWITH Interactive;
- e. disrupt in any fashion: (i) any computer supporting the Exchange Market or (ii) any other player’s Exchange Market or Item Mall experience. ANY ATTEMPT TO DISRUPT THE EXCHANGE MARKET OR ITEM MALL IN ANY WAY MAY BE VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS

3. ACCESSING THE EXCHANGE MARKET AND ITEM MALL.
- A. Exchange Market Account Eligibility
- You may purchase an Exchange Market Membership under these guidelines: (i) You are an adult in your residing country (Corporations, Limited Liability Companies and any other business or legal entities may not establish a Market Exchange Account); and (ii) You are not someone who has been individually prohibited from using the Exchange Market or Item Mall by PLAYWITH Interactive. By accepting this Agreement you declare that you meet these requirements. PLAYWITH Interactive reserves its right to remove or suspend a playrohan.com account if they learn it was registered without meeting the aforementioned requirements.
- B. Exchange Market Membership
- By purchasing the Exchange Market Membership, you acknowledge that all personal account information is accurate on your playrohan.com account. The Exchange Market Membership grants you access and posting features within the Exchange Market and its Service. PLAYWITH Interactive permits users to exchange virtual goods for virtual currency, known as E-Cash, within the exchange market. The Exchange Market Membership fee is $10.00 and can vary at the sole discretion of PLAYWITH Interactive at any given time without prior notice.
a. Rules, conditions and posting features is set to allow Exchange Market and Item Mall users the ability to perform virtual transaction of goods and services. These rules, conditions and posting features can be changed at any given time by PLAYWITH Interactive. Users who have an Exchange Market Membership are not viewed by PLAYWITH Interactive to have any specific advantage over Exchange Market users who do not hold a membership. The rules and conditions are set to ensure minimum daily functions of the Exchange Market.
- C. Exchange Market Access & Shop password
- When obtaining an Exchange Market Membership you agree to not share your playrohan.com account information with any other individual or party and are responsible for keeping such information confidential and all actions with the Exchange Market Membership. These include purchases regardless of authorization.
a. A shop password feature is provided for all playrohan.com account users to utilize when purchasing items from the Exchange Market or Item mall. This shop password is an added security feature that all users must utilize to confirm and perform transactions with the Exchange Market and Item Mall. By inputting the Shop Password, you notify to PLAYWITH Interactive that you will assume all responsibility for the specific transaction being performed.
b. Purchasing items is at, “your own risk” and you are to fully review the item image, description and title posted for sale by other Exchange Market users. You are responsible for all transactions that occur with your playrohan.com account and PLAYWITH Interactive is not responsible for accidental purchases, misprint, misrepresentation, or misunderstanding of an item title or description when purchasing items through the Exchange Market or Item Mall. PLAYWITH Interactive may monitor all transactions and purchases and can modify, or change any items and virtual currencies at their discretion.

4. EXCHANGE MARKET USAGE & VIRTUAL CURRENCY DETAILS
- A. Exchange Market Membership holders may partake in PLAYWITH Interactive’s Exchange Market or Item Mall with the shop password. The Exchange Market and Item Mall can only be used to obtain specific products and services from PLAYWITH Interactive’s playrohan.com account holders and PLAYWITH Interactive; there is absolutely no cash value for items, E-cash or Rohan Points.
a. E-cash is generated when a buyer within the Exchange Market purchase a virtual item from a seller. E-cash can only be used within the Exchange Market and Item mall and can expire or diminish over time at the sole discretion of PLAYWITH Interactive.
b. E-cash has no cash or tangible value and is only used on items when permitted by PLAYWITH Interactive.
- B. PLAYWITH Interactive grants you limited license to obtain, use and redeem E-cash or Rohan Points in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. E-cash or Rohan Points cannot be transferred to another playrohan.com account, does not constitute a personal property right, is not a bank account, is not insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), does not garner interest and, unless otherwise required by law, cannot be refunded or redeemed for any money or any form of monetary value from PLAYWITH Interactive at any point of time.
- C. If the E-cash or Rohan Points is not consumed, used or spent within one year of the playrohan.com account date creation, PLAYWITH Interactive reserves the right to delete and remove all E-cash from any playrohan.com account. E-cash and Rohan Points is a virtual currency owned by PLAYWITH Interactive and cannot be refunded, restored, and returned unless authorized by PLAYWITH Interactive.
- D. A 20% Transaction Fee will be deducted from the seller’s completed sales of all transactions which occurred on the Exchange Market platform. The Transaction Fee amount can vary and may be changed at any given time by PLAYWITH Interactive without prior notice to all Exchange Market users and membership holders.
- E. PLAYWITH Interactive will not send you a statement of all transactions for your Exchange Market and Item mall actions. To see your balance or review your recent transactions, log in to the website and view your personal playrohan.com account information. You are the only one held responsible for verifying that the proper amount of your playrohan.com account balance has either been added or subtracted from your actions within the Exchange Market and Item Mall.
- F. PLAYWITH Interactive has the right to delete, suspend, reduce or modify your playrohan.com account balance, Exchange Market accessibility and all other www.playrohan.com features to your account if it is found that you have misused, performed fraud, deceived, or willfully acted to gain advantage by abusing any part of the playrohan.com service to benefit your account. PLAYWITH Interactive owns all features, virtual currencies game items, and characters to reserve the right to perform these actions.
- G. You are held responsible for any and all actions associated with the Exchange Market and will contact PLAYWITH Interactive’s Customer Service at http://www.ynkinteractive.com/support if you believe your playrohan.com account has been compromised. During its investigation, PLAYWITH Interactive may request more information and/or documentation to verify such a claim and, once received, will suspend all activities on your Account until the investigation is complete. After the claim has been resolved PLAYWITH Interactive will lift the playrohan.com account suspension. You agree that PLAYWITH Interactive has the right to make the absolute final decision in determining the validity of your claim and subsequent actions thereafter. Fraudulent postings, intentional misrepresentation of items or deceitful tactics to incur transactions through the exchange market will result in immediate account suspension or closure of the account. All game data may be deleted at the sole discretion of PLAYWITH Interactive including playrohan.com account balance, information, characters, and virtual currencies.
- H. Ownership
PLAYWITH Interactive owns and has all rights to the entirety of the Exchange Market, your playrohan.com account, and game data. You agree that you have no ownership, title or right in or of any content which includes virtual goods and currency or any other facets pertaining to the playrohan.com account and Exchange Market Membership. PLAYWITH Interactive does not support any transfer of virtual property sale outside of the Exchange Market or the game or in the “real world” that originates from the Game unless given explicit authorization to conduct such a transaction from PLAYWITH Interactive.
